INGREDIENTS:
2 oz blanco tequila
½ oz orange liqueur
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz agave syrup
Lime wheel and kosher salt, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and a kosher salt rim (optional)

The Apple Pie-tini via The Literary Vegan
INGREDIENTS:
Apple juice liquid (1 oz apple cider, ¼ tsp brown sugar, sprinkle of cinnamon, sprinkle of nutmeg)
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz ginger ale
Cinnamon stick and/or apple slice, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a cocktail shaker, shake together apple juice liquid, vodka, and ice
  2. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with ginger ale
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and/or apple slice
