This week’s drink: City of Stars via Bevvy
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
1 barspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Orange twist, star anise, or cinnamon stick for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange twist, star anise, or cinnamon stick and serve.

Chocolate Martini via Preppy Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
2 oz Chocolate Liqueur
4 oz Vodka
1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup or ganache
INSTRUCTIONS:
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glasses then add chocolate syrup to a shallow plate and coat the rims of the glasses.
Combine Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with about a cup of Ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled.
Strain drink into prepared glasses. You may garnish with shaved chocolate or enjoy as is.
