INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ½ oz London dry gin

• ½ oz applejack (apple brandy)

• ¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• ¼ oz grenadine

• 1 egg white

• Garnish: brandied cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice)

2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled

3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry
