INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
1 ½ oz Novo Fogo Silver cachaca
3 ½ oz pineapple juice (fresh pressed)
¾ oz cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re’al, etc.)
½ oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¼ oz single cream/half-and-half
1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients with 6oz crushed ice and serve with paper straws

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 teaspoons simple syrup
½ ounce creme de mure
Garnish: lemon half-wheel
Garnish: fresh blackberry
DIRECTIONS
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Fine-strain into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice.
Slowly pour the creme de mure over the top of the drink
Garnish with a lemon half-wheel and a fresh blackberry.
